Freezer/Refrigerator stopped working without warning. We got on the schedule for repair for Monday afternoon. Then, @Home proactively called me and said "we have an opening that we could squeeze you in" and moved the appointment up by 4 hours. Josh arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem (faulty inverter control) within a few minutes. He also noticed that some lights were out in the fridge and diagnosed that as well. Gave me the part numbers, repair options, and costs so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. I couldn't be happier with the service our family received. @Home Appliance Service will be my go to from now on. Thanks Josh!

Jordan fixed our washing machine when we really thought it was done working right forever. It wouldn't spin all the water out, it would randomly stop all together with a load of water and clothes in it. We made several trips to the laundromat with soaking wet clothes. Not fun! Jordan did some testing, figured out the problem with the pump and we had a new pump a few days later. He was great! It's been two months since the repair and the washing machine is still working like new!

Jorden did an amazing job he was honest reliable fairly good great priced he got the job done right I would highly recommend him if you need any kind of appliances repaired he saved us thousands of dollars that it would've cost us to replace our KitchenAid freezer thank you Jorden

We had Jordan do some work for us, Jordan came out after hours on a weekend and helped us with an emergency we had, also in a different situation was able to find us a part for our JenAir range that we weren't able to find. @Home is #1. Jordan was on-time, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and above all, HONEST. He did not oversell, or take advantage (as most repairman do). He gave us truthful, useful info on how to resolve our issue while saving us nearly $300 that any other company would have gladly taken. He even fixed a cover on our washer before he left because he was concerned our baby might get into it. Would recommend @Home to any and everyone! 10/10 stars if I could!

After trying to find someone to come to Garden City to help with our broken oven, we finally found Jordan, and he had our oven fixed in less then a hour. Hope my appliances don't break, but if they do he will be my first call!

I have a Subzero fridge, and its been 13 years since buying it. It needed all kinds of stuff. But Jeremy took great care of it. It is working looking great and at a great price. There was a piece we thought it need turned out I didn't and he let me know instead of charging me for it and replacing a piece I didn't really need. He was honest, helpful and the work was done on time and quickly. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family for repairs.
